By accessing this website or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase or use the digital products offered through the store.
3. Digital products
Products sold through Embroidery Vault are digital files unless clearly stated otherwise. No physical goods are shipped for digital-file purchases.
Each product page describes the bundle contents, available file formats, design counts, and included materials. Review the product information and compatibility guide for design dimensions, hoop sizes, and machine or software requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility before completing a purchase.
4. Orders and payments
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Payment must be completed successfully before purchased digital products are delivered.
The website does not currently accept orders or payments. Where checkout is available, the applicable payment methods and order details are shown before a purchase is completed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors before an order is fulfilled, subject to applicable law.
5. Digital delivery
Where purchasing is available, after successful payment customers receive access to the purchased digital files using the delivery method described during checkout. No specific delivery time or download-access duration is promised unless expressly stated for the purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address where required. If you experience a problem accessing purchased files, contact support:
support@embroideryvault.shop6. License and permitted use
Purchase of a digital product grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files according to the usage rights described on the product page or in these Terms.
Personal use is permitted. Commercial use is permitted only where the relevant product or license terms explicitly allow it.
Customers may not:
- Resell the original digital files.
- Share the original digital files with others.
- Redistribute the files for free or for payment.
- Upload the files to another marketplace or file-sharing service.
- Include the original digital files in another digital bundle.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original digital designs.
If commercial use is explicitly allowed for a product, selling finished physical items created using its files may be permitted subject to the applicable product license.
7. Intellectual property
The website content, branding, product previews, digital files, graphics, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Customers receive only the usage rights specifically granted under the applicable license.
8. Refund policy
Digital-product purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer-protection rights remain unaffected. Where starting digital delivery affects withdrawal rights, any consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law must first be obtained.
We may consider refund or replacement requests in situations such as:
- Duplicate purchases.
- Corrupted or unusable files.
- A product materially differing from its description.
- Another situation where applicable law requires a refund.
If you experience a problem, contact support before initiating a payment dispute where possible. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
support@embroideryvault.shop9. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Checking machine and software compatibility before purchase.
- Using the correct file format.
- Maintaining backups of downloaded files.
- Using files in accordance with the applicable license rules.
- Providing accurate purchase and contact information.
10. Product information
We aim to describe digital products accurately. Visual differences may occur between product previews and actual results depending on the machine, thread, fabric, stabilizer, software, settings, and user technique.
Review product information carefully before purchase. Previews do not guarantee an identical stitched result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Embroidery Vault and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the digital products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Payment disputes
If there is a problem with an order, customers are encouraged to contact support before opening a payment dispute.
Where necessary to respond to a dispute, we may provide relevant order, payment, and delivery records to the payment provider, subject to applicable law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version and its last-updated date will be published on this page.
14. Governing law
Any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to the customer remain unaffected by these Terms.
